Responsibilities of RM leader (Jensine):
- The RM Team leader should have direct access to the Employer or shall be at least a senior member of the workplace.
- The RM team leader shall be competent for the task. Having attended a RM course conducted by a MOM Approved Training Provider or equivalent is enough demonstration of the fact.
- Able to come up with RM plan.
- Recommend Risk Management process
- Prepare Risk Assessment forms
Responsibilities of SGSecure Representative (Janice):
- serves as the Point of Contact (POC) with the authorities.
- During peacetime, she can champion SGSecure and assist the employer to implement SGSecure initiatives as recommended in the SGSecure Guide for Workplaces.
- During times of crisis, she could be in contact with the authorities and mobilize the workforce to respond to terror attacks.
Responsibilities of RA Leader (Caryl and Karis):
- Attended RM Course
- Experienced with the type of work within this scope
- Forms RA team
- Lead and coordinate RA implementation
- Provide updates to RM team on RA implementation and risk control measures
- Determine the most appropriate way(s) of identifying the hazards
Responsibilities of RA Member (Kelly and Xin Yuan):
- have representatives from both the management and non-management levels
- include personnel who are involved with the work, including contractors and suppliers.
- If available, it should include persons who are familiar with the design and development of the site, machine or process
- be responsible for conducting RAs within the scope defined by the RM Team
- determine if the hazards could cause harm beyond the immediate their area
